Completed Kobato

For a series that started off adorable, cute beyond the clouds, and highly starfishy, this one finished with great impact. I genuinely believe there would be thorough lulz with light drama, but the surprise was on me, and I'm pleased with the affect and result.

The primary issue imo was the over-stressed debt collector thread, which boiled down in a way which made it seem insignificant, yet was it in our face for 20 episodes. Looking past that, the real focus is that of Kobato and Kiyokazu, and it is redeeming.

And I still don't understand what konpeito is, but I know I love it. Rating: 7.5/10

Super mystical episode, even if Kobato wasn't wearing mikofuku, fufufu~ Was slightly clunky early on, but turned out nicely. They way they play Kobato's emotion is kinda overblown, but it's somewhat expected for the naive and confused... perhaps.
